Hear to Heal is a supportive emotional wellness app for the days when you don’t have the words, the energy, or the strength to pretend everything is okay. It was created for anyone moving through grief, anxiety, overwhelm, numbness, or quiet pain that often stays unspoken. Instead of focusing on productivity, streaks, or pressure to perform, Hear to Heal offers a calm and compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and check in with how you are truly feeling.

The app can be used on its own or alongside the Hear to Heal journal book. Your healing practice can live on the page, on your phone, or both—whatever feels safest and most supportive for you. The same compassionate guidance, reflective prompts, and thoughtful approach support you whether you are writing by hand or using the app.

Check in on “how heavy today feels,” capture what’s on your heart, and choose simple supports that match your energy level—light, neutral, or very heavy days.

Journal using written reflections or voice recordings 

Pour out what you don’t feel safe saying out loud through guided prompts and space for free reflection, with audio-style support for days when typing feels like too much.

You are always in control of what you share and with whom.

This makes Hear to Heal especially helpful between appointments—your reflections don’t get lost, and your provider has a clearer picture to support you.

HEAR TO HEAL offers two simple subscription options so you can choose what fits your life and budget:

  • Monthly: 7.99 USD per month.
  • Annual: 69.99 USD per year (save over 27% compared to paying monthly).

These prices are for United States customers; pricing in other countries may vary and charges may be converted to your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings.

Facility partnership discounts

If your therapist, clinic, or organization partners with Hear to Heal, you may receive a special discounted rate on your subscription: 2 USD off the monthly plan and 15 USD off the annual plan when you use their referral or facility code. This helps make emotional support more affordable for patients and staff in participating facilities.
