Why are people so angry toward others? Why is it so easy for some people to criticize others for no apparent reason? Why is it so difficult for one person to compliment another? Compliments can only impact people positively, and a simple greeting can suffice. With everything we’re going through during this pandemic, I have promised to inform, educate, and empower others to love unconditionally. Our time is limitless, and we have to learn to love others for who they are. COVID-19 has taken so many lives in the 2020 year. One thing about this pandemic is that it affected many families near and far. The pandemic experience should significantly impact how people treat each other. We live in a world where we are enduring so much evil around us. Let’s hold each other accountable when we witness any form of hatred. We need to help teach each other how to show kindness. Showing kindness doesn’t affiliate with CashApp, Zelle, ATM, Cash Money, Hallmark Card, or a Gift. It is a simple compliment or gesture.
Compliment and gesture can come in many forms, such as; speaking, writing, hand gesture, or text. Telling a stranger their hair looks amazing, their smile is beautiful, or their gorgeous clothing is just some examples of kindness. Encouraging people to believe in themselves and their dreams can significantly impact someone’s self-esteem. Helping them reassure their belief about their vision can have a life-changing effect on their life. Switch the norm of judging others on their physical appearance to complimenting their appearance or criticizing how they speak to help them pronounce the word correctly. You never know what someone is going through and how far a few kind words can take them. Compliments are FREE, it takes nothing away from you, and it is a guaranteed mood booster.
Parents of younger children, younger children need to be taught about kindness at a young age. The lesson starts at home with family members to be kind to one another. An excellent read for children to learn and understand kindness is the book name, The Beauty of Love in Those We Shame. In this book, your child will learn to stop judging and bullying others for their appearance and focus on individuals for who they are. The book teaches children to love from within and not by appearance. Once children are informed and educated, it will become a norm to show kindness through complementation and gesture.
Children who read this book will be well-educated about how kindness affects others. Share the book’s content to help build a sound environment of positive children worldwide.
